Q: Does each party guest need a waiver?
A: Yes, waivers must be completed online or at the front desk prior to entry.

Q: How early can we arrive for a party?
A: You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up.

Q: Does our party have private access to NEW PLAY?
A: Absolutely! Each party package includes 2 hours of exclusive access to our play area.

Q: Is outside food allowed at the party?
A: Yes, outside food is allowed. Just be sure to wash your hands in our party loft kitchen before entering/re-entering the play area. Note: No alcohol is permitted.

Q: What ages are welcome at parties?
A: We offer parties for children turning 1-6 years old. Our play equipment is designed for ages 1-6, so we kindly ask that older children join supervising adults in our upstairs party loft or relax in our lobby area.
