Q: Does each party guest need a waiver?
A: Yes. All party guests must have a waiver completed online or at the front desk before entering the play area.

Q: How early can we arrive to set up?
A: Loft Party and Loft Theme Party hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes early. Full Venue and Full Venue Themed Party hosts may arrive 30 minutes early.

Q: Will my party have private access to New Play?
A: Private access is included with Full Venue and Full Venue Themed Parties. Loft and Loft Theme Parties take place during open play hours and share the play area with other guests.

Q: Can we extend our party time?
A: Yes! The last party of the day may be extended by 30 minutes for $69 or 60 minutes for $99.

Q: Is outside food allowed?
A: Yes, outside food is welcome. A fridge and microwave are available. Please wash hands in the party loft kitchen before entering or re-entering the play area. No alcohol, Dippin’ Dots, or confetti permitted.

Q: Can we bring our own decorations?
A: Yes, you may bring your own decorations. Themed party packages also include full décor and table settings.

Q: What are the party size limits?
A: Loft parties include entry for 10 kids and 8 adults.
Private parties include entry for 12 kids and 12 adults. Extra guests are welcome at private parties for an additional charge.

Q: What ages are welcome at parties?
A: We specialize in parties for children ages 1–7. Our play equipment is designed for this age range, so older children are welcome to relax in the party loft or lobby area.

Q: What is included with every New Play party?
A: Every package includes a goody bag with bounce-back coupon for each child, a New Play Party Assistant, set up and clean up, a personalized welcome chalkboard, and balloon garland or art.
